The product
A secure, mobile-friendly system with role-aware workflows, data imports, campaign isolation, permissions, reporting, and ongoing support.
My role
Product direction, business rules, AI-directed development, quality assurance, data safeguards, deployment, and continuing improvement.

AI Dunn Right CRM

A custom customer relationship management platform built around the way AI Dunn Right manages leads, relationships, opportunities, and follow-up.

The need
Bring lead intake, contacts, companies, sales opportunities, reporting, and operator workflows into one focused business system.
The product
CSV imports with validation and field mapping, duplicate detection and review, a configurable sales pipeline, audit logging, reports, exports, permissions, and integration scaffolding.
Architecture
Python, SQLite, SQL migrations, repository and service layers, web templates, a Pytest suite, and a rehearsed path to Postgres.
My role
Product direction, requirements, workflow and data design, AI-directed engineering, testing, migration planning, and operational validation.
Outcome
A working CRM foundation that starts simply for one operator while preparing for future users, Gmail sync, Wix lead intake, automations, and expanded business operations.
